Project Management
A project is a well-defined procedure with the objective to generate a product, service, or a result (e.g. knowledge). A planned approach is essential for projects of any scale.
Project Management is the planning, controlling and monitoring of projects. Project Management is a critical success factor. Our experience includes, for example:

Track Record:
- Big Project Mgmt: "Zensus 2011" processed 5,5 billion data lines. "BiSB" was the largest social scientist research project in number of fields at that time (bigger than ALLBUS). Analyses and ETL in business projects are often made complicated by the historically grown IT landscape.
- Project Mgmt: Hundreds of analysis and consulting projects of 340+ clients.
- Partner Mgmt: Partner Manager at CSC Switzerland. Managing Partners (SAS, SPSS) and their product portfolio. Managed to open doors for CSC Switzerland at strategic clients.
- People Mgmt: Management of (perm, temp) employees (N=12) and clients (N=340+) of Method Consult, Heidelberg. Coordinating projects, lectures and courses. Coordination of scientific communication and cooperation between in-house contact persons, teams, and departments.

- Company Mgmt:Then: Method Consult, Heidelberg. Scientific Consulting for numerous international companies and organizations. Management of projects, team, and analyses including acquisition and staff management, as well as legal and financial responsibility.
